Welcome dinner at The Greene's House. Seven courses celebrating the flavours of Newfoundland . Shared table overlooking the North Atlantic.
Day Two:
Morning foraging walk with Chef Alex along the coast and forest. Learn what grows wild here, what's edible, what's seasonal. Picnic lunch on the trail.
Evening dinner at The Greene's House. Casual and filled with stories about how this place and its history have shaped what we eat.
Every Morning:
Light breakfast with locally roasted Cape Coffee in your cabin.
Your Cabin:
